The education system is to be blamed that we study only one aspect of the Theories which were written by the Top Most management thinkers. We never tries to criticize theories and even our teachers says that this is written and we need to learn it as it is. But, we are in the next education system and we need to do whatever is practical. In my previous I have shown the use of Theories in original Life but it is not every time.

If yes, then simply answer only one question, Are we ready to open a Tea Shop after doing MBA. Tea Shop is such kind of business which is always profitable.

The Straight answer is NO.

Why not, it can fulfil our Basic and Physiological needs.

No, because it's a matter of status, that after doing MBA how can I do that.

Now, with this example I want to show that here our Status and Esteem needs are more important than our basic and physiological needs. Without caring for the 1^st level needs, we want to fulfil 4^th level needs. So, here Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory is proved wrong. The PRIORITIES of different people are different in different situations.

We need to do such a activities to make our studies interesting. We need to challenge the theories. Why we are studying those things which have no importance and relevance to the practical implementations and which are out-dated. Same is the case with Hawthorne Studies. We cannot accept all these things blindly and we need to be rational in taking decisions.
